SMS Program Terms
Disclosure version: sms-en-2026-10-17 · October 17, 2026
Sender and program
The organization or business named beside your SMS consent checkbox is the sender. Rosterexa, a product of KORWORKS SOLUTIONS LLC, provides the software. Programs cover membership or customer-account notices, meetings, invoices and payment reminders, as applicable to your workspace. These terms do not authorize third-party marketing. Live SMS sending remains disabled pending approved registration and setup.
Optional express consent
You may opt in through the unchecked SMS checkbox in your authenticated member/customer profile or communication preferences and explicitly save your choice. Consent is specific to that workspace and number, optional, and not a condition of membership, purchase or account access. A supplied number, staff entry, imported record or account registration is not this opt-in process.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with your account activity and the sending workspace’s notices. Message and data rates may apply under your carrier plan. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be delayed by carriers or network conditions. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
STOP, START and HELP
Withdraw consent in your portal or reply STOP to a sending number to stop texts when messaging is activated. Shared-number STOP requests may conservatively block SMS across Rosterexa workspaces using your number. Provider-managed opt-out confirmations may be sent by Twilio once configured; Rosterexa does not send keyword replies while SMS is disabled.
START, YES or UNSTOP may change the carrier/provider block but do not automatically restore Rosterexa consent or release its suppression. A separately reviewed re-consent process is required. Reply HELP for program assistance once the sending service’s help response is configured, or email support@rosterexa.com now. Include the sending workspace’s name, but do not email passwords or sensitive account information.
Privacy and changes
See our Privacy Policy. SMS consent will not be sold or shared for third-party marketing. Consent and opt-out evidence are retained for accountability. New numbers, changed sending identities or materially changed disclosures require a fresh explicit choice; old consent evidence is not silently rewritten.
