Rosterexa is a product of KORWORKS SOLUTIONS LLC. Rosterexa provides organization and business workspaces. Each workspace manages its own member or customer records and decides which authorized account notices to send.

Information and purposes

We handle login and contact details, workspace membership, member and customer records, documents, recorded financial transactions, communications, consent choices and security/audit events to operate the service, control access, maintain records, provide support and prevent abuse. Rosterexa records external payments; it does not collect, hold or transfer customer money.

SMS consent and phone information

SMS is optional. Providing a phone number or creating an account is not SMS consent. An explicit choice applies to the named sending workspace, not every Rosterexa customer. We record the phone number, sending workspace, disclosure text and version, choice, account identity, timestamp and collection source. Opt-out and delivery events help prevent unwanted messages. SMS sending is disabled pending setup and registration.

SMS consent and mobile opt-in information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose the minimum necessary information to service providers acting on our behalf to operate and deliver the requested messaging service, subject to appropriate safeguards. This does not authorize third-party marketing.

Access and service providers

Authorized staff of your workspace can access records needed for their responsibilities. Hosting, authentication, storage and communications providers process information necessary to run the service. If SMS is activated, Twilio and telecommunications carriers process phone numbers, message content and delivery/opt-out information. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect security and rights.

Retention and safeguards

Access controls limit workspace data by role and workspace. Consent, opt-out, financial and audit history may be retained to support accountability, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations, including after a preference changes. No fixed deletion period is promised here. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

Manage communication choices in your member or customer portal. Withdraw SMS consent there or reply STOP once messaging is activated. Contact your workspace about corrections to its records. For access, correction, deletion or privacy questions, email support@rosterexa.com. We assess requests under applicable law and may need to verify identity; required history may not be removable.

Updates

Policy changes will be posted on this page with an updated version date. Material changes to the SMS disclosure require a new explicit choice before that changed program is used. See SMS Terms.
